My Story As A 17 Year Old Resteraunt Owner
I started this business at 17 years old with nothing but a dream, some faith, and a lot of determination. Most people thought I was too young, that I wouldn’t have what it takes to run a restaurant. And honestly, some days I wasn’t sure myself.
Starting out wasn’t easy. I didn’t have investors, big connections, or endless money to fall back on. What I did have were long nights, hard lessons, and moments where I almost gave up. I had to learn everything—from managing costs, to perfecting recipes, to keeping the lights on—while my friends were still figuring out what they wanted to do with their lives.
There were times I failed, times I felt overwhelmed, and times I questioned if I was in over my head. But each struggle taught me something: that hard work pays off, that faith can move mountains, and that even at 17, you can chase your dream and make it real.
This restaurant is more than just chicken—it’s my story. It’s proof that no matter how young you are or how many obstacles stand in your way, with passion and dedication, you can build something from the ground up.
When you eat here, you’re not just grabbing a plate of food—you’re supporting a dream, a vision, and a young entrepreneur who refused to give up.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
