I’m the proud owner of 504WingsN’Fries in New Orleans, Louisiana. I started this restaurant at 17 years old with nothing but a dream, some faith, and a lot of determination. Most people thought I was too young to run a restaurant, and honestly, some days I wasn’t sure myself. I didn’t have investors or big connections—just long nights, hard lessons, and moments where I almost gave up. Every struggle taught me that hard work pays off and that even at 17, you can chase your dream and make it real. Two years into my journey, 504WingsN’Fries is more than just chicken—it’s my story and proof that passion and dedication can build something from the ground up.
